Current limitations

OrbitOrca is in beta. Check these before moving an app.

  • Real customer charges are being verified with beta members.
  • File storage, outbound email and scheduled jobs are not available yet.
  • Framework support is confirmed per app before you start.

Questions

What kinds of apps can you run?

Server-side web apps and services that run in a container, including Python and Node apps. Send us your stack and we will confirm support before you start.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

No. OrbitOrca manages the payment setup. You complete one hosted identity and bank-account verification flow for payouts.

Do I keep my code and my customers?

Yes. Your code, customers and customer data remain yours. You can export them at any time.

What does it cost during the beta?

Basic is free, Starter is $15 a month and Pro is $30 a month. OrbitOrca also charges a transaction fee when your customers pay you; confirm the current rate before launch.

What happens if my app breaks at 2 a.m.?

A crashed app restarts automatically. If a deployment fails, the agent collects the logs and suggests a fix; unresolved failures can be escalated with the evidence attached.
